Home Ownership Project Officer
The Home Ownership Officer contributes directly in enabling the programs and operations of the Home Ownership Team. He/she concretely enables effective program and project planning, as well as the necessary preparation required for these. The said role also ensures that management of programs and projects are at par with standards set by the Foundation, and are at par with compliance requirements. The Home Ownership Officer also manages his/her network of partners efficiently. He/she is also capable of personally deploying capacity building and facilitation activity, when required.

This role oversees all the development and execution of strategic, adaptive, and comprehensive communications for the Foundation in line with its mission. The role also assists the CEO and the senior leadership of the organization by ensuring various administrative and coordinating work are executed, which may include handling itineraries and important files.

Spiritual Development Officer
The Spiritual Development Officer is responsible for the spiritual formation of the partners and collaborators of Joy~Nostalg Foundation, Inc. The SDO is tasked to spearhead, organize and implement various spiritual formation programs within the company. He/She takes charge and facilitates donations of JNF to other partner entities. He/She is expected to coordinate and partner with individuals and groups outside of the company who are subject-matter experts in faith and spiritual formation that would support the desire of the company to be a spiritually-centered community.

Program Evaluation Officer
The Program Evaluation Officer shall be responsible for overseeing the gathering of data and consolidating information gathered in relation to the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework of the Foundation. The said role shall also prepare the necessary reports that will advise the organization of its progress in fulfilling its outcomes, as well as provide evidence of impact that can be validated and shared with the larger development community
